Santiago Sanchez, 77, passed away on Monday, September 8, 2026.Santiago was born in Madera, Chihuahua on January 27, 1949. Santiago worked for Thunder Basin Coal company as a miner. Santiago met his wife, Cruzita, in the 1970s. Santiago is preceded in death by his parents; Maria and Manuel, daughter; Alice brother; Ramon, and sister; Martha. He leaves behind his wife; Cruzita, daughter; Cesilia, grandchildren; Larae, Adriana, Xavier, Zane, Yzaiah, Robert.
Visitation will be held from 4:00-8:00 PM with a Rosary at 6:00 PM, Thursday, September 17, 2026 at Sunset Funeral Home-East, 750 N Carolina Dr. Funeral Mass/Scripture Service will be held at 10:00 AM, Friday, September 18, 2026 at Sunset Funeral Home-East. A Graveside Service at will follow at 11:00 am at Mount Carmel Cemetery, 401 S. Zaragoza.
