Sharley Randal

March 1, 1927 — March 19, 2015

SHARLEY CARPENTER RANDAL passed away on Thursday, March 19, 2015 at the age of 88. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and will be greatly missed. She was a long time El Paso resident, attended Austin High School and then the College of Mines. After graduating with a journalism degree, she worked at KROD TV and was at KTSM the day KTSM went on the air. She then became a teacher at Eastpoint Elementary. She was an avid golfer. She is preceded in death by her husband William E. (Bill) Randal and her daughter Amy Curtis Randal Palmer. She leaves behind her daughter Laurie Lynn Randal Miller and her husband Mark Miller, her son Charles Gibson Randal and his wife Susan Randal, grandchildren Shiloh, Alexa, Nicole, Lindsey, Bryan, Kyle, Randal, Ryan, Lyla, Will and numerous great-grandchildren. A Celebration of Life will be held at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, March 24, 2015 at Monte Vista at Coronado, 1575 Belvidere. Graveside Service will be held at 12:00 PM on Tuesday, March 24, 2015 at Restlawn Memorial Park, 8700 Dyer. Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Home-West.
