Soledad Parra, 95, entered into eternal rest on October 13, 2023 in El Paso, Texas. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Rosendo Parra; son, Jose Parra; mother, Concepcion Vidales and siblings, Alfonso and Bertha Marquez. Soledad is survived by her children, Alberto Parra, Alfredo Parra, Rosendo Parra, Rosa Martinez and Irma Espinoza; siblings, Jose Luis Marquez, Ramon Marquez, Yolanda Marquez and Irma Fuentes. Soledad also leaves behind 11 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild who will love and cherish her memory forever. She will be greatly missed by all those who met her.
A visitation will be held from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM with a rosary starting at 7:00 PM on Friday, November 3, 2023 at Sunset Funeral Home - Americas, 9521 North Loop Drive, El Paso, Texas 79907. A funeral mass will be held starting at 10:00 AM on Saturday, November 4, 2023 at St.'s Peter and Paul Catholic Church, 673 Old Hueco Tanks Rd., El Paso, Texas 79927.
