SSgt Edward A. Anchondo Jr.

SSgt Edward A. Anchondo Jr., 31, entered into eternal rest on March 18, 2026 in Palm Springs, CA. SSgt Anchondo is survived by his beloved parents, Edward Anchondo and Patricia Vasquez (Carlos Trujillo Jr.). His two beautiful children, Adam Anchondo and Maddison Anchondo. SSgt Anchondo also leaves behind his brother, Ryan Trujillo who will honor and cherish his memory. SSgt Anchondo was very loved and will always be missed.

A Visitation will be held from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM with a Rosary starting at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, April 7, 2026 at Sunset Funeral Home- Americas, 9521 North Loop Dr., El Paso, TX 79907. A Mass will follow at 12:30 PM at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 14600 Horizon Blvd, Horizon City, TX 79928. A Graveside will then follow at 2:30 PM at Fort Bliss National Cemetery, 5200 Fred Wilson Ave, El Paso, TX 79906.
