Stephen Byrd,

Stephen Byrd, 45, passed away Sunday, December 24, 2006 in Fort Worth, Texas after a brief illness. He was born in El Paso, Texas on January 23, 1961 to Stephen and Barbara Byrd. He graduated from Andress High School, served in the U.S. Army, and was employed by Albertson’s in Fort Worth. He is survived by: his mother, Barbara Byrd of El Paso; his father, Stephen Byrd of Michigan; brother, Randy Byrd; sisters, Michelle Byrd of Austin, Texas and Marnita Byrd of Oklahoma; grandmother, Ruth Byrd of Holly, Michigan; many uncles, aunts, and other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m., Thursday, December 28, 2006 at Sunset Funeral Home-Northeast. Funeral Services will begin at 12: 00 p.m., Friday, December 29, 2006 McCombs Baptist Church. Interment will follow at Fort Bliss National Cemetery with Military Honors. Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Homes-Northeast.
