Stephen Jon Heffelfinger,

Stephen Jon Heffelfinger Jr., 46, of El Paso, TX, died Tuesday, July 30, 2013. Stephen was born to Amalia Heffelfinger and the late Stephen Jon Heffelfinger Sr., Nov. 26, 1966, in El Paso, TX. Stephen served in the Navy during the Gulf War. Stephen helped to care for his mother and younger brother. He was raised as a Jehovah's Witness and always maintained a love for family, country, and God. Stephen is survived by his mother, Amalia Heffelfinger, and his brother, Louis Albert Rodriguez. Stephen is loved and will be greatly missed. His loss leaves a hole in our hearts, but that hole is filled with joy in the fact that he is at peace and we will join him one day. Visitation will be held from 8:30am-12:00pm, with a Funeral Service to begin at 12:00pm, Tuesday, August 13, 2013 at Sunset Funeral Home Northeast. Committal Service will begin at 1:00pm, Tuesday, August 13, 2013 at Fort Bliss National Cemetery with Full Military Honors. Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Home Northeast.
