Tony Dehesa

Jesus Antonio Dehesa, age 67, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, February 11, 2026 in El Paso, Texas. He was a wonderful father, son, brother, friend and will be dearly missed. Tony is preceded in death by his parents: Miguel and Blanca Dehesa as well as his brother: Luis Dehesa. He is survived by his daughters: Vanessa Dehesa-Woodson (Sheldon) and Sandra Rendon, and his siblings: Oscar Dehesa, Elida Hernandez and Blanca Gonzalez. He is also survived by many extended friends and family to cherish and honor his memory.

A successful businessman, Tony Dehesa, truly loved his work and approached it with passion. But his greatest source of pride was his role as a devoted father to his daughters. He was their constant, showing up for every moment of their lives with unwavering support and love. He shared a 40-year marriage, and the deep history they built together remained important to him for the rest of his life. As a brother, he was the undisputed “go-to” sibling—the one his family could always count on. A man who knew how to enjoy life, he deeply valued his friendships and was known by all as someone wonderfully fun to be around. He found joy in travel, a love for fine wine, and the freedom of the open road on his motorcycle with his trusted group of riding buddies. Also, anyone who knew Tony could tell you he was a lifelong, die-hard 49ers fan—you could always count on him to be cheering “Go Niners” on game day.

A Visitation will be held from 2:00pm to 5:00pm on Friday, February 20, 2026 at Sunset Funeral Homes-West with a Celebration of Life to commence at 3:00pm.
