Vanessa C. Chacon

Vanessa Chacon, 27, passed away on Wednesday May 29, 2013. Our Vanessa left us too soon… She loved her family, friends, NY Yankees, spending time with her main boys and sissys and baking. She overcame many obstacles in her life and always remained positive. She was free spirited, adventurous, optimistic and giving. Vanessa is survived by her Mother, Veronica Lucero; Stepfather, Enrique Lucero; Sisters, Alexis and Jennifer; and her Forever Boys, Dominic and Ryan. She was preceded in death by her Father, Alberto. Pallbearers will be Richard Cerros, Jose Amezcua, Louie Ortega, Ray Niblett, Mark Kellar, Javier Chacon, Mario Montoya, Kevin Lambert, Vince Zubia, and Jonathan Lee. Honorary Pallbearers are Dominic Fisher and Ryan Fisher. Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a Rosary/Vigil Service to begin at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 4, 2013 at Sunset Funeral Home-East located at 750 North Carolina. Funeral Mass will held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, June 5, 2013 at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church (Main Church). Interment will follow at Mount Carmel Cemetery. Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Homes East.
