Vanessa Martinez

Vanessa Martinez, age 58, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, June 22, 2025. She was a wonderful daughter, wife, mother, sister, friend and will be dearly missed. Vanessa is preceded in death by her parents: Enrique Ramos, Nora Miranda Ramos, her husband: Jesus Roberto Martinez, her niece: Sarah Murray, her nephew: Joshua Ramos, and her brother in-law: Ray Martinez. She is survived by her son: Elijah Roberto Martinez, her siblings: Veronica Ramos Murray (Joel K. Murray), Aaron Henry Ramos, her nephews: Evan Murray, Nathan Ramos, Ian Ramos, her niece: Chloe Ramos, her step-daughter: Petra Martinez, her sisters in-law: Patsy, Mary, and brother in-law: Julian Martinez. She is also survived by many extended family and friends to cherish and honor her memory.

Vanessa was a physical therapy assistant for many years who was very passionate and successful with her patients. She was a woman of strength and enduring love.

Her Visitation will be held from 9:30am to 1:30pm on Friday, July 11, 2025 at Sunset Funeral Homes-West with a Funeral Service to commence at 11:00am. Her Graveside Service will follow at 2:30pm at Fort Bliss National Cemetery, 5200 Fred Wilson Ave El Paso, Texas.
