Virginia C Hollins, 89 passed away Wednesday July 27, 2016. Virginia was born in Philadelphia, PA on May 29, 1927 to John and Mildred Carberry. She lived in PA until she married her sweetheart Edward P Hollins in 1945. Edward served in the US Army and they traveled to several places around the US until they retired in El Paso in 1966. She loved spending her days taking care of Edward and her two sons Ed Jr. and Dave. She loved football and was an avid Eagles and Cowboy fan. Virginia was preceded in death by her parents John and Mildred Carberry, Brothers Jack and John Jr, Sister Mildred, husband Edward P Hollins Sr, son Edward P Hollins Jr and her granddaughter Heather C Hollins. She leaves behind her loving son Dave (Kathy) Hollins, two granddaughters Crystal (Isaac) Nunez, Nicole (Shaun) Heflin and great grandson Cameron Heflin (Little Blue Eyes). Visitation and Rosary will be Monday August 1, 2016 at Sunset Funeral Home Northeast from 5:00-9:00 pm with a Mass at Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church on Tuesday August 2, 2016 at 10:00 am, Burial will follow at Fort Bliss National Cemetery. A Very Special Thank you to Rosemary and Xochitl with Hospice of El Paso, Kim Hill, Margarita Carrillo and Eva Sierra for your kind loving care over the past 3 years.
