William Evans Bailey

William Evans Bailey (Ret CW4), 92, passed away on March 5, 2016. He was a loving Brother, Husband, Father, Uncle, Granpa/Great Granpa and Friend. Served 31 years in the US Army, Pershing Missile Systems and was a member of the Borderland Ch10 Disabled American Veterans; Blind Veterans of America; VFW and American Legion and The Pershing National Black Jack Chapter. His wife, Mildred A. Bailey preceded him in death 13 years ago. He is survived by his children, Brenda Bailey, Cindy Duncan(Ron †), Grant Bailey (Aimee), Sisters, Mary Virginia Bailey Pollard, Betty Lucille Bailey Dean, Lillian Maxine Bailey Dixon, Grandchildren, Corey Rush, William Hughes(Kristen), Shanin Duncan, Reifer Bailey(Jazmine), 3 Great grandkids and 1 more on the way. Services to be held Monday, March 14, 2016 at Sunset Funeral Home-East, 750 N. Carolina with viewing from 5:00pm-8:00pm. Funeral Service will be Tuesday, March 15, 2016 at 9:30am at Sunset Funeral Home-East. Interment will follow at 11:00am at Fort Bliss National Cemetery.
