William “Billy” Glenn Blood

William Glenn Blood, affectionately known to everyone as Billy, passed away peacefully in his sleep at the age of 42 in El Paso, Texas.

Billy was born on May 11, 1984, to Charleen and Ronald Blood (preceded in death) and was the last of their six children. Born with Angelman syndrome, doctors did not expect him to survive beyond the age of two. But God had a different plan. Billy lived for 42 years, becoming a living testimony of God's grace, faithfulness, and miraculous power.

Billy was raised alongside his siblings, Paul, Matt, Timothy, Henrietta, and Kim. At the age of 16, in the year 2000, he was adopted by Anna and Jimmy Taylor, who welcomed him into their family with love. Through his adopted family, Billy gained siblings Stevenson, Darian, Samantha, Anthony, Kirklin, Duane, Theresa, Ronnie, and Emanuel.

Billy graduated from Meadville High School and brought joy and love to everyone who knew him. He was a member of Sons of God New Testament Holiness Church, where he loved praising God by clapping and singing songs of praise. His joy, faith, and cherished life were a blessing to his family, church, and community.

Billy leaves to cherish his memory his parents, Charlene Blood, Anna & Jimmy Taylor. His siblings, Paul, Matt, Timothy, Henrietta, Kim, Stevenson, Darian, Samantha, Anthony, Kirklin, Kariga, Nancy, Duane, Theresa, Ronnie, and Emanuel, along with their spouses, nieces and nephews, extended family, church family, and many dear friends.

Billy was a blessing from God, a living testimony, and a miracle whose life touched many.
