William C. Davis

SFC William C. Davis, 71, born Nov. 5, 1935 in Logan, WV, departed this life Wed., January 10, 2007. He will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his devoted family which includes: his loving wife, Lydia Davis; sons, Michael and Thomas; daughters, Marie and Lorraine; brothers, James “Bud” Mathis Davis, Jr. and Erskine T. Davis; sisters, Thelma Jean Miller, Loretta Fuller, and Carolyn A. Saunders; brother-in-law, Thomas Miller, 15 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins and many friends. Visitation from 5 pm to 9 pm, Wed., Jan. 17, 2007 at Sunset Funeral Home-Northeast. Funeral Service at 12:00 pm, Thurs., Jan. 18, 2007 at Mt. Zion Baptist Church. Interment with Full Military Honors will follow at Fort Bliss National Cemetery. Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Homes-Northeast.
