William L. Fuller

May 18, 1926 — January 29, 2015

WILLIAM LOUIS FULLER, 88 died, peacefully, on Thursday, January 29, 2015. Mr. Fuller was a veteran of the United States Navy, graduated from Centre College of Danville, Kentucky where he met his wife, Caroline. He was a member the Masonic Lodge of Kentucky. Bill continued his civil service with White Sands Missile Range as a Systems Research Analyst until he and Caroline retired to their beloved Ruidoso. He leaves a legacy of honesty, courage, strength, perserverence and, most of all, a sense of humor even when faced with adversity. He believed that “tears should be reserved for those left behind.” He was preceded in death by his wife of 59 years, Caroline Fuller, his grandaughter Amber Pulner, and sons-in-law, Charlie Pulner and Fred Jenkins. He is survived by his daughters, Linn Jenkins and Gay Pulner, and son, Shane Fuller; grandchildren, Tracy Jenkins, Debbie Jenkins, Crystal Fuller, Shane Fuller, Ivan Fuller and six great-grandchildren. Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, February 7, 2015 at 12:00PM at First Presbyterian Church of Ruidoso, 110 Sutton Dr. Family gives special thanks to his caregiver, Karina, for her loving and tender care for her “Uncle Bill.” The family would also like to thank Dr’s David Dobrin, David Opawumi, and Augustine Elege and the Center for Compassionate Care of Hospice El Paso.
