William Earl Penoyer passed away on February 10, 2013 in El Paso, TX. He is survived by his wife, Anna Penoyer; sons, Ken and James W. Penoyer; daughter, Sandra Peacok Penoyer; sister, Reeva; 4 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; and 1 great grandchild on the way. A Committal Service will be held at 2:30pm Wednesday, February 13, 2013 at Fort Bliss National Cemetery with Full Military Honors.
