William Joseph Prince, passed away on September 22, 2015 surrounded by his children at the Saint Teresa Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. William also known as “Bill” who was a loving husband to his late wife Josephine Prince, father to five children Nakia (Victoria), Frank, William, Matthew and Pauline Prince and grandfather to ten grandchildren Kianni, Arianna, Caitlin, Unique, Steven, Mariska, Misty Dawn, Jesse James, Lucas, and Paul. Bill was part of a family that consisted of sixteen brothers and sisters. A very patriotic man and active part of his community he served in three branches of the military Army, Navy, and Air force and was a part of the El Maida Shriners in the early portion of his life. He touched every person’s heart with his presence as he could walk into a room and instantly make you smile with one of his stories about his childhood or about the many friends that he had. He will be remembered fondly for his generosity towards others and his love for his grandchildren. We will miss so much about our father and grandfather as he leaves a great void in our hearts. So to our Cowboy we send you off to a better place to be with our mother and grandmother knowing that you are now resting in peace; we love you, we will all see you in Heaven one day. Until that day, ride on Cowboy.
