Yamel Hernandez

Yamel Hernadez Our Precious Angel, Yamel Hernandez, 45, passed away on Aug. 15, 2016. She was born Oct. 7, 1970 in El Paso, TX. She was a cheerleader and graduate from Jefferson High School. She acquired her associate’s degree in Radiology. Yamel was a Mammography Tech and worked at University Medical Center. She is survived by her husband, Jesus Hernandez, her beautiful young daughters, Yamel and Anique, her parents, Jesus and Olga Moran, brother, Jesus Moran, and sisters, Olga Moreno and Helen Moran. Yamel was a loving mother, wife, daughter, and sister. Her great faith in God, along with her enormous personality, wealth of selflessness, friendly smile will be profoundly missed by all of her family, as well as her friends. In a bittersweet moment another angel has found their wings and has set off on flight safe into the arms of God and to those gone before them waiting and anticipating their arrival as they make their way into heaven.Visitation will be from 4:00-9:00 pm with a Vigil/Rosary at 7:00 pm Thursday, August 18, 2016 at Sunset Funeral Home-East, 750 N. Carolina. Funeral Mass at 9:30 am Friday, August 19, 2016 at St Mark’s Catholic Church. Committal Service to follow at Evergreen East Cemetery.
