Yun Im Zukauskas

Yun Im Zukauskas went to be with the Lord on the 10th of September 2015 surrounded by her loving family. Yun Im was born on the 31st of May 1936 in Seoul, Korea. It was in Korea that Yun Im met the love of her life Edward Zukauskas. They were married 31st of December 1968. Yun Im’s priority was always her family. Her beloved husband’s military career of 27 years took them all over the globe. She unfailingly supported her husband and was always a positive presence for her two sons, John and Michael. Always active in the community. The number of friends who mourn her passing speaks highly of her outgoing personality and smile that always warmed hearts. Yun Im was preceded in death by her parents. She leaves behind her husband of 46 years Edward; sons: John (Genevieve), Michael (Jennifer); and grandchildren: Ryan, Emily and Max. Visitation will be from 9:30-11:30 a.m., Tuesday, September 15th, 2015 at Sunset Funeral Home-East, 750 N. Carolina Dr. Funeral Mass will be at 12:00 p.m., Tuesday, September 15th, 2015 at St. Raphaels Parish Catholic Church, 2301 Zanzibar. Interment will follow at Ft. Bliss National Cemetery. Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Home-East.
