Zeferino Rosales

ZEFERINO ROSALES passed away on Sunday, October 12, 2014 at the age of 98. He was preceded in death by his devoted and loving wife of seventy years, Piedad Rosales. Their strong union experienced and endured the painful loss of their three sons Roberto Rosales Sr., Carlos Rosales Sr., Abraham Rosales and son-in-law James McCoy. He is survived by his daughters Rosa McCoy and Martha Thompson and her husband James, his 12 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren. He was a loving husband, a much-loved father, a treasured grandfather, and a dear friend who will be greatly missed. Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16, 2014 from 5:00PM to 9:00PM, with a Rosary at 7:00PM at Sunset Funeral Home-West. The Rite of the Christian Burial will be held on Friday, October 17, 2014 at 10:30AM at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, 5750 Doniphan. Interment will follow at Mt. Carmel Cemetery.
